Winter is here again!

So as usual winter happens in the northland!  Of course, northlanders don't stop working and/or playing during the winter.  Construction projects continue, businesses still need to market and there are no leaves on the trees so vertical aerials can see a lot of ground details that are hidden during other seasons.

We always try to shoot aerials during the best weather conditions.  Winter provides some of the most unpredictable weather of the year for flight planning mostly due to snow storms, low clouds and periods of very low tempuratures.  In addition, days are much shorter with less daylight for shooting good aerials.  To assure the highest quality aerial images possible it is imparative to schedule your shoots with plenty of lead time so when good conditions arrive, your site can be included in a photo mission.
